Why listen to me?

Crazy to think, but for 13 years I got knocked down by my period. I was put on a hormonal pill, then used drugs to pass through the pain. I felt defeated, hopeless and out of control.

When I hit my rock bottom: heavy burnout, toped by depression & extreme period pain, I decided to take

RADICAL RESPONSIBILITY of my own healing.

At that time I was already a geek of yoga & ayurveda. I knew that my body knows THE WAY to heal — my only role was to let it happen. I built tailored self-care routines, changed my lifestyle upside down and unconditionally followed my body’s guidance.

Fast forward I healed! I became 100% drug & pain-free, but the road was winding and long. Mentally I was stuck in the patriarchal lens on female body.

Once I freed myself from old-man narratives, and fully embraced my cyclical female nature — I suddenly unlocked wild self-confidence & raw courage. I realised that I’m completely misaligned in my life, did heavy soul-searching and took a massive turn of direction.

I quit my 10 year career as an architect. I certified myself as a Hatha Yoga teacher (a life-long dream), sold my belongings and close a long-term relationship. I moved ahead with blind faith and wild feeling of freedom.

Now my mission is to help wild-at-heart Women heal period pain and reconnect to their cycle wisdom so they can unlock their most fearless, authentic self for a soul-aligned, thriving life.

  • We meet weekly for a 90-minute 1:1 online session, blending coaching and movement. At the end of each session, you’ll get clear guidance for the week ahead—aligned with your cycle phase and week’s theme. Your results depend on implementing small changes, consistently between our calls—but don’t worry, I’ve got you. I’ll check in mid-week to help you stay focused and on track.

  • If you’re still on the pill, I recommend booking a call with me first. I prefer you’re not on hormonal therapy—simply because your natural cycle is currently blocked, and what you’re experiencing is a withdrawal bleed. At this stage, it’s impossible to truly feel what your period is like. If you’re hesitant about quitting the pill and scared of the unpredictability—book a call. We’ll talk it through, and I’ll share a clear roadmap of your future possibilities.

  • I can guarantee that the method I offer works. I’ve been through it myself—I know the ins and outs. If you follow the guidance, stay open to change, and truly listen to your body, it’s not a matter of if you’ll heal—but how fast.

  • Absolutely! You won’t hear this in a regular yoga class, but the deeper goal of yoga is to restore balance in your body-mind. A balanced body = pain-free periods. Your bleed is your body’s monthly feedback on your overall well-being. Yoga has been used for centuries to support health—including reproductive health.

  • It helps if you’ve tried some classes and aren’t completely new to yoga or movement. After all, this is a 4-month program where we mainly use yogic tools! It makes sense that you’d want to vibe with the practice before diving into this deep work, right?

  • No worries. While I focus on period pain (dysmenorrhea), any cycle irregularity is a sign of imbalance. Book a call with me so I can hear your story and see how I can help.
